Betty Recruitment is a London based, bespoke recruitment agency providing temporary,  freelance, contract and permanent staff.

We focus on a variety of sectors including: media, luxury brands, sustainable fashion brands and more. We supply staff at all levels across marketing, sales, digital, social media, influencer marketing, copywriting, content writers, tech ops, broadcast, production, post production, gaming, acquisitions, branding, creative, motion graphics, promo producers, admin, office support, PA/EA and more. We are excellent at filling language based roles.

Working with some of the biggest names in the industry we are responsible for placing people in exciting, interesting, varied, fun and challenging roles.  We are personable, approachable and we care about our candidates and clients.

We work with a variety of clients including broadcasters, studios, production companies, post houses, creative agencies, ad agencies, design and branding agencies, gaming, sports and entertainment, PR and marketing companies and more.

Betty was started by Liz in 2009. Liz is married to a talented 2 x Emmy nominated Showrunner, and her sister and team won an Emmy for outstanding costumes on House of the Dragon in 2024.
