PA PERMANENT ROLE

Our brilliant client, a well known entertainment company, requires a dynamic PA with experience of supporting an HR function. This role reports into the HRD, and they need someone who can support their leadership team and projects and hold them to account. The ideal candidate will be dedicated, discreet, trustworthy with solid PA experience and the ability manage a high workload whilst juggling competing priorities.

Duties include:

Take full responsibility for managing the HRD’s diary and inbox, ensuring priorities are identified and addressed promptly.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and serve as a trusted colleague to the HRD.

  • Actively participate in HR team meetings, supporting the HRD by managing agendas, capturing key actions and decisions, and ensuring effective follow-ups.

  • Coordinate and schedule all internal and external meetings, including calendar management, agenda distribution, attendance tracking, and preparation of necessary documentation.

  • Arrange venue bookings and travel as needed.

  • Assist the senior HR team with diary management and support key people and culture initiatives, events, and communications.

  • Manage the HR project plan and calendar, helping the HRD track progress on strategic initiatives and operational goals.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, introduce innovative solutions, and enhance ways of working to address challenges within the HR team.

  • Foster a strong team culture by organizing events and activities that promote collaboration and engagement.

Experience required:

CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Content Marketing Manager 12 month maternity cover contract driving content strategy for UK market. This role is instrumental in developing compelling narratives that showcase their value proposition to B2B customers across multiple industries from financial to healthcare to manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong writing experience producing content assets for B2B such as white papers, reports, infographics, e-books. You will be project managing a vertical.

The role is producing brand new content and repurposing global content for a European audience. Must have the ability to scale content for multiple channels. Happy to work in a collaborative team but also be comfortable with ambiguity and think of ways to improve processes as it’s a relatively new team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Own end-to-end content creation and distribution across multiple channels (blog, social, email, web, sales enablement, B2B events (virtual and in person)
• Lead data-driven content optimisation through analytics and testing
• Manage editorial calendar and content production workflow
• Drive thought leadership initiatives through white papers, case studies, and industry research
• Develop and align customer journeys with relevant content, campaigns, activities, and initiatives for each solution and ensure cross-functional Business teams are aligned to these journeys.
• Identify and package relevant marketing materials based on defined customer journey maps with the objective of helping new customers progress through their procurement lifecycle.
• Apply content and product marketing best practices for each customer segment and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience across multiple channels and teams. Build strong relationships across with Global and Geo (North America, Europe and Asia Pacific) Marketing teams to ensure efforts are aligned with other content strategies and objectives, including localising geo-relevant content.
• Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication to stakeholders to ensure clarity on content activities, status, goals, and results.
Deliver detailed updates via regular business reviews which showcase key metrics and KPIs reflecting content performance.
• Assess content gaps and work to build assets to fill those gaps. The right candidate should have a strong record of delivering results timely and effectively.

Experience with project management tools such as Asana and Jira, and they use AEM for CMS.

HR & REWARD COORDINATOR PERMANENT ROLE

Our client requires an experienced HR & Reward Coordinator to join their brilliant team. You will be from a media, tech or digital background and keen to join a proactive team in a successful entertainment business. This is a great opportunity for someone dedicated and experienced who is always looking for new ways to do things and improve process, with a particular focus on digitalisation.

Duties:

HR Support

  • Manage all colleague paperwork from onboarding to offboarding, including reference requests and Right to Work checks.

  • Develop and oversee processes to track colleague changes for monthly payroll (e.g., Starters, Movers, Leavers tracker; org chart updates; payroll input).

  • Own the new joiner and leaver processes, coordinating with IT, Workplace, and other teams as needed. Lead HR inductions for new colleagues and conduct exit interviews when required.

  • Raise purchase orders (POs) as needed.

  • Act as the superuser for the HR system, updating colleague details and addressing platform queries.

  • Distribute weekly starters, leavers, and movers updates to relevant internal teams.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR and payroll inquiries, managing the HR inbox and escalating queries when necessary.

  • Curate content, create, and distribute the weekly HR newsletter.

  • Maintain and update HR content on the company intranet.

Payroll & Reward

  • Oversee the monthly payroll processing for both staff and worker payrolls, including data entry into the HR system and liaising with the outsourced payroll bureau.

  • Assist in reconciling the monthly worker payroll.

  • Manage and process third-party payroll reports (e.g., pensions, PMI).

  • Oversee annual P11D reporting.

  • Support the annual benefits renewal process, including updating documentation, colleague communications, and processing benefit changes.

  • Generate and analyze periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc) for People, Pay Gap, and D&I tracking.

  • Handle first-line payroll and benefits queries, including P45s, P60s, and payslips.

  • Serve as the go-to expert for the internal system, managing day-to-day queries and system upgrades.

  • Administer colleague recognition schemes.

 Skills & Experience:

  • Proven background in an HR/Reward

  • Experience in cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

  • HR Systems Proficiency

  • Data Handling

  • Microsoft Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).

CAMPAIGN PRODUCER 24 MONTH CONTRACT STARTING ASAP

Our fabulous client needs a dynamic Campaign Producer to support below-the-line campaign delivery for their TV Shows & Movies. This position will ensure that assets are correctly briefed, versioned, quality controlled and delivered on time and on budget while working with a wide range of regional marketing teams, designers and producers.

Duties Include:

• manage high volume, high turnaround campaigns across Europe, responsible for correct asset delivery and campaign execution for below-the-line channels.

• Lead documenting existing processes, and manage continuous improvement mechanisms within the production team, working cross-functionally with other marketing, creative, design, and business teams.

• You will identify opportunities to standardize and automate tasks to save time and eliminate low-value, manual tasks/pain-points.

Skills & Experience:
• Solid experience of project management.
• Experience working with Project Management software to manage the life cycle of a job (e.g. timings, milestones, approvals).
• Experience managing a high volume of projects at once,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expert attention to detail and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMMUNITY MANAGER - 24 MONTH CONTRACT

Our brilliant client is looking for a Social Media Community Manager to join their exciting team. They require someone with social expertise and solid experience of brand/product/title specific campaigns. Experience within a fast paced, high volume social media department and accomplished in dealing with high turnover campaign management, asset management and versioning and trafficking those assets.
