We offer a consultative approach, we listen to what you want and we send you the right candidates for the job.  We will send you a maximum of 6 CV’s for a position, we are only interested in forwarding the right people rather than several wrong people!  Listening to clients is key to fulfilling a brief successfully.  This is not a commission focused agency, therefore we offer competitive rates and a high standard of service.

Ideally we like to visit our new clients to explain our role and how we can help you.  This visit is also an opportunity to see the work place, the environment and the team so that we can send you people with not only the right skill set, but also an appropriate team fit.
